어깨나 목에 담이 있을때 하는 체조

갓핸드 테루 46권에 나오는 방법인데 한번 시도해 보니 꽤 효과가 있다. 담은 겨드랑이 밑에 있는 액와신경 (목과 어깨와 연결)이 자는 동안 압박되면서 마비되는 현상이라서 신경의 압박을 푸는게 관건이라고 한다.
